**TAKE NOTE** This treatment CANNOT be claimed on insurance or income tax as a healthcare expense. Julie is NOT a Registered Massage Therapist & only has her training to provide Craniosacral therapy
Craniosacral therapy involves soft-tissue manipulation techniques that focus on myofascial health and function. CST practitioners use their hands to release built-up tension within the body and fascial tissues by looking for subtle movements of the cerebrospinal fluid. They then apply light pressure through specific holding patterns to manipulate the fascial system and the flow of fluid.

Craniosacral therapy can help your body to shift from the sympathetic (fight or flight) mode to the parasympathetic (rest & digest) mode which may help to relieve pain and tension for many conditions. Craniosacral therapy is defined as a whole-person approach to healing, which is achieved by acknowledging our physical and emotional interconnectedness. You should not expect to feel any pain during the session, though a mild discomfort may occur as your body responds to the treatment.

Frequency-Based Wellness Services

These services blend nutritional guidance, lifestyle education, and gentle frequency-based wellness tools to help clients identify imbalances, reduce stress on the nervous system, and support the body’s natural rhythms. Deborah is especially passionate about helping individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unheard regain clarity, confidence, and a sense of hope in their health journey.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage is designed to target severe tension & musculoskeletal dysfunction. This technique is used to relieve both muscles & connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion & heal injuries below the surface.

Relaxation Massage

Swedish Relaxation Massage is applied with smooth, gliding strokes using firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension & create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress & allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Cupping Treatment

Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage is performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. Massage therapy techniques are often integrated into the treatment as deemed necessary by the practitioner.

Your Comfort and Health Start with the Right Fit!

Getting the right fit for a compression garment goes beyond comfort, it’s about making sure you have the support your body truly needs. A garment that’s too tight can cause irritation or restrict your movement, while one that’s too loose won’t deliver the benefits it’s designed to provide. Our certified compression experts will offer professional guidance to ensure you receive the best garment for your needs. You can rest assured with our money back guarantee that if the garment does not fit when it arrives, we will order you a new product for no additional fee.

Compression stockings can provide essential support for a variety of conditions and situations. Here are some key reasons why patients may benefit from wearing them:
>Varicose Veins: To reduce symptoms and stop them from getting worse.
>Chronic Venous Insufficiency: To improve blood flow and reduce swelling.
>Diabetes: To support circulation and leg health.
>Post-Surgical Recovery: To support circulation and reduce the risk of blood clots after surgery.
>Lymphoedema: To manage swelling caused by lymphatic system issues.
>Prolonged Sitting or Standing: To prevent discomfort and swelling for individuals in sedentary or standing jobs.
>Travel: To minimize the risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) during long journeys.
>Pregnancy: To relieve leg swelling and discomfort during pregnancy.
>Athletic Performance: To enhance circulation and reduce muscle fatigue during physical activity.
>Elderly Patients: To help maintain circulation and prevent complications related to age-related vascular issues.

If you’ve never worn compression garments before, or simply want to be sure you’re getting the best fit and support, a professional fitting is the best place to start. You don’t need a physician’s referral to book, and most extended health plans or workplace benefit programs cover the cost of compression garments with a prescription.

*Services offered: Athletic Therapy treatments including Manual Therapy, Soft-Tissue Release Techniques (STR), Myofascial Release (MFR), Cupping, Corrective Exercises, Concussion Management, Physical Reconditioning, Assisted Stretching, Taping *

My passion for Athletic Therapy started with my love for sports as I have been an athlete my whole life. I have also always had a keen interest in the medical field so when I discovered Athletic Therapy it was the perfect fit!

I attended the University of Manitoba for 5 years where I completed the Athletic Therapy program and graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology – Athletic Therapy. I went on to complete the national certification exam later that year. During my time at U of M I worked as an AT with both the Winnipeg Wasps rugby team as well as the U of M Women’s Bisons Volleyball team and had the privilege of traveling across Canada with them.

I have worked as an AT for 6 years now, and along with treating musculoskeletal injuries I also have a special interest in concussions, post-OP, scar tissue, fascial work, and taping. I really enjoy working one on one with my clients and getting to know them. It is very rewarding to help people on their rehab journeys and see them return to their lives pain free.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband, going to Thermea, camping, hiking in the Alberta mountains, and drinking coffee.

My name is Liane and I’m 24 years old. I am in my final year as a student at Wellington College studying to become a Registered Massage Therapist and looking forward to complete my practicum placement at Renew.

When I’m not studying or in clinic, I enjoy spending time on creative hobbies. I love baking, reading, crocheting, and painting—anything that allows me to work with my hands and be creative. Music is also a big part of my everyday life, and there’s almost always something playing in the background while I’m at home or working on a project.

Before starting my massage therapy training, I worked in a care home, where I found it incredibly rewarding to support people and help improve their comfort and quality of life. I’ve always had a passion for helping others and truly enjoy building meaningful connections with the people I work with.

I find the human body fascinating and love continuing to learn about how it moves, adapts, and heals. As I finish my training, I look forward to expanding my knowledge and using what I’ve learned to help my clients feel their best.

Her work is rooted in a food-first, body-mind-spirit approach that honours the body’s innate ability to restore balance when given the right support.

Deborah’s passion for holistic wellness grew from her own personal health journey and years of caring for others as a wife, mother, grandmother, and caregiver. After navigating chronic health challenges within her own family, she returned to school later in life to deeply understand how nutrition, lifestyle, emotional health, and subtle energy all work together. Frequencies provided an alternative to help her body heal itself.

Her practice blends nutritional guidance, lifestyle education, and gentle frequency-based wellness tools to help clients identify imbalances, reduce stress on the nervous system, and support the body’s natural rhythms. Deborah is especially passionate about helping individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unheard regain clarity, confidence, and a sense of hope in their health journey.
